Service ok but my colslaw tasted funny and was warm I ended up getting sick from it and the rest of my group complained about there stomachs being upset I was the only one who had the coleslaw

I liked it. I generally rate franchises like this as 4 stars unless they are noticeably exceptional for one of its type, or awful if not so great. This franchise was everything you'd expect from a Frisch's Big Boy - friendly staff, good location, food prep and presentation typical FBB's, clean and well maintained. Recommended if looking for a FBB's pit stop.

Remodel looks great. New menu items. Place was busy. I met Michael, a busser. Super kid, works hard all the time, friendly as can be, smiles constantly. Say hi to him, you won't regret it. Food is consistent, hot and fast. Lost a star over the old lady behind the counter. Just wasn't her day.
